Instructions and Application

Required Documents: Official transcripts and three signed letters of recommendation are required; additional documentation may be specified by individual scholarships.
- Official transcript of grades, sent by mail, electronic transfer service, or directly from the registrar’s office (photocopies are not accepted).
- Three signed letters of recommendation: one from an instructor or faculty advisor, one from a current or past employer, and one additional character reference (not a family member). If an ASHRAE student branch exists on campus, the faculty advisor of that branch may serve as one letter.
- Submit all materials by the stated deadline; awards apply to the following academic year.
- Official transcripts must be sent directly from the institution; photocopies are not acceptable.
- Three signed recommendations must meet the specified categories and may include the ASHRAE student branch faculty advisor when applicable.
