CLLCF Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by California Latino Legislative Caucus Foundation
The California Latino Legislative Caucus Foundation (CLLCF) invites eligible California residents to apply for its scholarship program, designed to provide financial support to students with demonstrated need to help cover educational expenses.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be California residents.
- Current full-time students (undergraduate or graduate) enrolled in good academic standing at an accredited college or university, OR
- High school seniors who are graduating and can provide written confirmation of acceptance to an accredited institution of higher education.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- A fully completed application and all required supporting documents must be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
Required Documents (must be uploaded online)
- Completed application form
- Signed Visual/Audio Image Release Form
- Recent photograph/headshot
- Resume
- Two letters of recommendation
- School transcript (official or unofficial)
- Letter of acceptance to the college/university you will attend next academic year (required for prospective undergraduates, transfer students, and graduate students)
Important notes
- All materials must be submitted together through the online application portal; documents sent separately will not be reviewed.
- Paper applications are not accepted.

Key dates
- March 15, 2026 — Application becomes available
- April 1, 2026 — Application period opens
- June 1, 2026 — Application deadline (all online submissions must be completed by 5:00 PM). Late or paper submissions will not be accepted.
