In memory of Noah and Scott Foster
The Noah Thomas Foster Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Noah and his father, Scott Thomas Foster, who tragically died in a small plane crash on November 12, 2017. Scott Foster practiced law in Somerset, Kentucky. Noah was a sophomore at Pulaski County High School who aspired to follow his father into law school. Both were remembered for their warmth, commitment to helping others, and wide circle of friends.

Amy Foster, Scott’s widow and Noah’s mother, welcomes the scholarship as a way to preserve their legacy and find comfort in knowing their names continue to make a positive impact on young people and their family.
