The SPSF High School Scholarship application opens on March 1 and closes on March 31 at 11:59 PM CT.
Award determination
Individual award amounts vary each cycle and are set based on the pool of applications received during that cycle and the foundation’s available funding.
Eligibility requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a resident of Texas.
- Be a high school senior who will graduate during the same school year in which the application is submitted.
- Demonstrate demonstrated financial need.
- Have taken the ACT or SAT and received official test scores.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
- Plan to enroll at an accredited Texas college or university for the fall semester immediately following graduation.
Who is not eligible
The following people are disqualified from applying for or receiving a scholarship:
- Directors, officers, executive staff of the St. Paul Scholarship Foundation and their immediate family members.
- Members of the Scholarship Committee or the Advisory Committee and their immediate family members.
- Anyone who has previously applied for or previously received a scholarship from the foundation.
