Overview
Aligned with our mission to strengthen disadvantaged neighborhoods, we are excited to announce the Uplifting Communities Scholarship. This $1,500 award is open to both undergraduate and graduate students of any academic discipline and is intended for individuals actively working to improve conditions in underserved communities.
Permitted Uses
Scholarship funds may be applied toward necessary educational costs such as tuition, textbooks, and other course materials. The intent is to ease financial pressure so recipients can concentrate more fully on their academic pursuits.
How to Apply
All application materials must be submitted through our online application portal. Completed applications are due by March 30, 2026.
Eligibility (Fall 2026)
To be eligible for the Fall 2026 Uplifting Communities Scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment and participation in efforts to uplift underserved communities, including volunteer work and advocacy.
- Be enrolled at an accredited college or university and be in good academic standing.
- Hold a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Be at least 17 years old.
- Be a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
