Overview
Founded in 1988, the Pilot International Scholarship provides financial support to undergraduate students pursuing careers that align with Pilot International’s mission: working with youth and young adults in leadership and development; assisting people and promoting brain safety and health; or supporting families during times of crisis.
Who is eligible
- Graduating high school seniors and students enrolled full time in undergraduate programs. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment for the scholarship period.
- Applicants’ career objectives must further one or more of the following Pilot International priorities: (1) youth and young adult leadership/development, (2) promoting brain safety and health and helping people, or (3) providing care for families in times of need.
- Awards are decided based on community service, demonstrated financial need, academic record, and the content of the application.
Award specifics
- Scholarships are granted for a single academic year.
- Recipients may reapply and, if approved, receive the Pilot International Scholarship for up to three (3) additional years.
- Award amounts vary but will not exceed $2,000.00 per year.
Application deadline and submission
All required materials must be combined into one electronic file (PDF) and sent to PIFFscholarships@pilothq.org by March 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT).
